__Appointments__

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive exceptional care during your service. If you are running late, please call or text the salon, we will make our best efforts to accommodate you. 

 

However, if you are more then 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

Mask wearing is completely optional, If you prefer your stylist to wear a mask, please don't hesitate to speak up and ask them, your comfort is important to us as we will gladly honor your request. 

Please GO ONLINE, CALL or TEXT the salon to book your appointment. Please do not email us asking to book an appointment. We do not hold appointments waiting for a response through email. Thank you for understanding.

__Cancellation__ 

To avoid being charged 50% of your total service cost, please contact the salon via phone to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. However, if you do not call and do not show up, you will be charged 100% of your total service. You can leave a voicemail or send a text message to the business cell phone 857-772-9226

 

Please no cancellation via email.

__Online Booking__

Please keep in mind that our stylists may not be able to accommodate services that are booked incorrectly. Please call the salon to schedule a consultation prior to ALL Color & Perm Services. 

Color services do not include a blow dry. Please add a haircut or blow dry in addition to enhance your visit. 

 

Haircuts include a complimentary wash & blow dry. You can add a deep conditioning or clarifying treatment to your service.

 

If you are booking two services such as a 'Haircut | Color' you will need to select a service provider for both services.
