__Booking & Appointments__
How to Book----
Schedule online or contact us directly at 857-772-9226 via call or text. We like to keep communication via salon phone only. We do not accept appointment related messages such as bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations via Email, GlossGenius or Social Media.
We are able to book 90 days out. If you do not see a time that works for you, please join the waitlist via GlossGenius and you will be automatically notified when something opens up.
Color Consultations Required----
A consultation is required prior to scheduling any color service or changes made to current color to ensure accurate timing and desired results. Please keep in mind that our stylists may not be able to accommodate services that are booked incorrectly.
Color Services----
For best results, please come to your color appointment with clean, dry hair.
Dimensional color services (Highlights, Balayage, Double Process, Lived-in Color) are all-inclusive and include a toner/glaze.
All color services are à la carte, so please be sure to add a blowout or haircut to your booking to enhance your service!
Haircut Services----
All haircuts include a complimentary shampoo, scalp massage + blow dry finish. You can add a custom treatment to your service to improve the integrity of your hair.
Bang Trim Retouch----
This service is for existing clients only who already have pre-sectioned bangs created by one of our team members. Please call or text the salon to book your bang trim, this option is not available to book online. This is a 15 minute express appointment therefore please come on time with freshly washed and dry hair.
Neck Trim/Undercut Retouch----
This service is for existing clients maintaining a neckline clean-up or a pre-existing undercut previously created by one of our team members. This service includes a single length clipper guard refresh on a very small area. Please note: this express service does not include fades, skin fades or multi length detailed work. Please call or text the salon to book your Neck Trim/Undercut, this option is not available to book online. This is a 15 minute express appointment therefore please come on time with freshly washed and dry hair.
Children----
Please call the salon to book an appointment for your child (under 5). We love children and believe they deserve the same quality, time and attention to detail as any human who sits in our chair. Therefore it is uncommon for us to discount children's haircuts at any age.
__Cancellations & Rescheduling__
Late Arrivals----
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive exceptional care during your service. If you are running late, please call or text the salon, we will make our best efforts to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next guest.
Cancellation Policy----
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone call or text to avoid a 50% fee of your service total.
Missed appointments without prior notification (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service total.
We do not accept cancellations via Email, Gloss Genius or Social Media.
Change your Mind?---
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If you choose to drop a booked service on the day of your appointment (for example, opting out of a haircut during a color visit) you will be charged 100% of the canceled service time.
__Grace Period__
Hair artistry is custom and unpredictable, so we build in a 15-minute grace period into our schedule for both our clients and our stylists. Thank you for your patience as we give every guest our undivided care.
