Appointments

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive exceptional care during your service. If you are running late, please call or text the salon, we will make our best efforts to accommodate you. 

 

However, if you are more then 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

Cancellation 

To avoid being charged 50% of your total service cost, please contact the salon via phone to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. You can leave a voicemail or send a text message. Please no cancellation via email. 

 

Payment

Services & Retail- Cash | Card | No checks please

Gratuities- Cash | Card | Check

Assistant Gratuities- Cash | Check

 

Online Booking

Please keep in mind that our stylists may not be able to accommodate services that are booked incorrectly.  

Color services do not include a blow dry. Please add a haircut or blow dry in addition to enhance your visit. 

 

Haircuts include a blow dry. You can add a deep conditioning or clarifying treatment to your service. 

STEP 1 - Available when registered on Vagaro

 

STEP 2 - Select desired service(s). If you are booking multiple appointments such as a ‘color and haircut’ or ‘color and blow dry’ please go under the ‘Service Bundle’ option to make your selection as this option will ensure proper color processing time before your next service.

 

NOTE: If you select the 'service provider'  as your first step, please note that the 'service bundle' option will not be available.

 

STEP 3 - Select a service provider for each service you are requesting.

 

NOTE: If you would like to see the same person for all services, you must select their name multiple times.
